These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the etechit.xyz website and the products listed on it (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Etech Ecosystem (“Etech”, “we”). By accessing the site or creating an account on any product, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.
Accounts
To use most Etech products you need an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Services. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- send spam or unsolicited commercial messages outside our deliverability rules;
- transmit malware or content that infringes intellectual property;
- harass, defraud, or impersonate any person or organization;
- scrape or reverse-engineer the Services beyond what is permitted by law;
- or use the Services in any way that violates sanctions, export controls, or other applicable law.
Each product may publish more specific acceptable-use rules; those rules apply in addition to this section.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices are shown in the relevant currency (typically USD or BDT). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on each renewal. You may cancel any subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload, send, or otherwise submit through the Services (“Your Content”). You grant Etech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, display, and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit Your Content and that it complies with these Terms.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, fix bugs, change features, or discontinue parts of the Services. Where a paid product publishes a Service Level Agreement, that SLA governs uptime and credits for that product.
Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Etech disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event will Etech be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Etech in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Questions or notices should go to legal@etechit.xyz. We may revise these Terms; the “Effective” date above always reflects the current version. Continued use of the Services after a revision constitutes acceptance.
